HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

SECURELY PACK YOUR RETURN AND INCLUDE THE PACKING SLIP THAT CAME WITH YOUR ORDER. 

REMOVE ANY ORIGINAL SHIPPING BARCODES FROM THE PACKAGE.

RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US BY USING YOUR PREFERRED PARCEL SERVICE. YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS LOCATED IN THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND ON THE PACKING SLIP THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BOX. IN THE CASE BELOW THE ORDER NUMBER IS 1465.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS AFTER ARRIVING AT OUR WAREHOUSE. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN THE REFUND IS DONE.
