OF COURSE WE WANT EVERY CUSTOMER TO BE HAPPY WITH THEIR OBEY PURCHASE, SO IF YOUR PRODUCT BECOMES DEFECTIVE WITHIN A YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE, YOU CAN EMAIL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO EXPLAIN YOUR CLAIM.

WE CANNOT TAKE PRODUCTS IN AS WARRANTY WHEN:

1. THE ITEM IS NOT BOUGHT ON THE OBEY EU WEBSITE. PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE YOU PURCHASED FROM IN THIS CASE.

2. DAMAGED BY ABUSE OR NEGLIGENCE (EXPOSURE TO CHEMICALS, HIGH HEAT, SHARP OBJECTS, ETC.).

3. DAMAGED BY MISUSE OR ACTIVITIES OTHER THAN THE INTENDED PURPOSE.

4. DAMAGED BY NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OR THAT HAVE EXCEEDED THE REASONABLE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT.
