Return Policy

RETURNS

Webstore returns may be issued within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

You may choose option 1 or option 2:

option 1: A return shipping label can be generated via loop returns for a flat-fee cost of €12,50.

Once the return label is printed, bring the return package to a UPS service center or UPS AccessPoint (pick-ups are not possible).

option 2: You can ship back to us via your carrier of choice (at your expense). If you choose this option, then skip Loop Returns and send the product to the address below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

SHIPPING

If you choose to cover your own shipping costs you bear responsibility for the transport and any shipping costs incurred. Note these shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please contact your credit card company, bank or payment provider.
