Can I adjust or cancel my order? 

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, WE BEGIN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER, WHICH ENTAILS A NUMBER OF STEPS. DURING THIS TIME WE CANNOT ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email of my order?

The most common reason is an incorrect e-mail address or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered your e-mail address and check your spam folder. Please contact us if you need a confirmation e-mail to be re-sent. 

 

I forgot to enter my coupon code, can I get a refund?

No, we cannot refund the amount of the coupon code after you've placed an order. You can keep the code and redeem it on your next order.

 

How do I check my order status?

After you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking details. You can also check the order status by logging into your account.

What should I do when I receive a defective product?

Of course we want every customer to be happy with their OBEY purchase, so if your product becomes defective within a year after the date of purchase, you can email our customer service team to explain your claim. Please add some photo's of the problem and add your order number.

We cannot take products in as warranty when:

- The item is not bought on the OBEY EU website. Please contact the point of purchase in this case.

- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, high heat, sharp objects, etc.).

- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

- Damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product.

      IF AN ITEM FROM YOUR ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL AND A REFUND WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASING CREDIT CARD.
