Return Policy

RETURNS

Webstore returns may be issued within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless Redo was purchased during checkout.

You may choose Option 1 or Option 2:

Option 1: If you opted in to free returns during checkout, you can generate your returns label below by filling out shipping information in the link below 

Once the return label is printed, bring the return package to a UPS service center or UPS AccessPoint (pick-ups are not possible).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after your return is received at our warehouse.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU law, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your Contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the products you ordered. You will be obligated to return the products to us without undue delay, and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after you have communicated your withdrawal from the Contract to us via this form. We will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs for standard delivery. Please note that we may withhold refunds or reimbursements until we receive the returned products or you provide sufficient evidence that you have sent them back to us. The easiest way to return products to us is by following the instructions above.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Our suggestion is to create a return using the Gift Card option as the credit method and reorder the desired item in the required size.

SHIPPING

If you choose to cover your own shipping costs, you are responsible for the transport and any costs incurred. Note that these shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We will also notify you once your refund is approved. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider. 

 

GIFT CARDS

Only gift cards purchased on the obeyclothing.eu website is redeemable on the Obeyclothing.eu website.

Gift cards purchased on the EU website are not valid for the Republic of Ireland; for the Republic of Ireland, purchase a valid gift card via obeyclothing.co.uk for use on the obeyclothing.co.uk webstore.
