Store Manager OBEY Paris
OBEY CLOTHING is an American clothing brand founded in 2001 by street artist Shepard Fairey. With the clothing as an extension of its activism, the brand brings a mix of progressive design.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager for the new OBEY flagship store in Paris:
As a Store Manager for OBEY Clothing, you will have the opportunity to work for a brand with a unique vision and strong connection to street culture.
You should have a broad interest in street culture and an affinity with the brand. You should also be a team leader with good social and communication skills, and have commercial and analytical thinking skills. Work experience is required.
General outline of responsibilities:

Overall Store Management: Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Sales and Customer Service: Developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Staff Management: Training, and supervising store staff. This includes creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and providing feedback to ensure optimal performance.

Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, ordering new stock as needed, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of inventory transactions.

Visual Merchandising: Implementing visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and appealing store environment that drives sales.

Marketing and Promotions: Planning and executing marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations related to health and safety, employment, and other relevant areas.

Problem Solving: Addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues that arise in the store operationally or with staff.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance store performance and efficiency.
